MRL LIFT

Machine room less elevators do not have a xed machine room on the top of the hoist way, instead the traction hoisting machine is installed either on the top side wall of the hoist way or on the bottom of the hoist way. The motor is installed using a permanent magnet which sticks the motor permanently and work with variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) drive, the design eliminates the need of xed machine room and thus saves much building’s space. Almost all the traction MRL elevators are Gearless Traction, like Normal Traction Elevators , MRL elevators uses the conventional steel cord ropes used as the histing cables. Most MRL elevators are used for low to mid rise buildings. MRL elevators in mid-rise buildings usually serves up to 30 oors.

PASSENGER LIFT

Black smith’s passenger lift has a completely enclosed lift car that travels vertically within a specially prepared lift shaft if can especially satisfy the continuously increasing requirement from medium and high rise constructions. Passengers are transported between oors at reasonably quick speed and the control system are often designed to give the most economical distribution of passenger throughout the building.

HYDRAULIC LIFT

Hydraulic elevators are powered by a piston that travels inside a cylinder, controlling the ascent and descent of the elevator cab. The piston is controlled by an electric motor and valve system that regulates the ow of oil to the cylinder for a smooth ride. While there are several types of the hydraulic elevator, the example bellow illustrates the components that make up a conventional, hydraulic systems. The maximum travel distance for an elevator of this type is approximately 18 mtr (60 ft).

Controller and Pump Unit : Quiet Dependability To optimize overall system performance and help simplify maintenance. The Black Smith hydraulic controller features advance micronic microprocessor controls. A sensor an the submersible power unit monitors for recommended motor and oil temperature, improving reliability.

“Soft Start” electronically controls the motor starting current to reduce stress on the hydraulic drive and seals. If helps avoid shutdowns due to overheating, reduces seal maintenance and allow for quiter operation.

GOODS LIFT

Goods lift are meant specially for industrial purpose. Goods lift are of course made sturdy and rugged provided no will fulL damage is done to it. We have design goods lifts for weight up to 5000 kgs. The size and capacity of the lifts can be as per required by the client. ELEVATOR SAFETY

Do not Overload Elevators

  • If you are stuck in an elevator, use the elevator alarm or emergency contact button to ask for professional help.
  • Don't be a hero. It is safest to wait for help. If someone is panicking, take the time to talk to them instead of trying to get them out by yourself.
  • Don’t panic, the inside of an elevator is the safest place to be while the elevator is stopped. It will be easier for professionals to help you if everyone inside remains calm and quiet to hear safety instructions.
  • Watch out for elevator doors—even though they typically retract when they hit a solid object, the pressure still hurts.
  • Pushing or holding the “Door Open” button to allow people to get in or out of the elevator is an easy way to help your fellow passengers be safe.
  • If an elevator looks crowded, it probably is. Wait for the next car to come through.
  • Never horseplay on elevators.
  • Don’t push / fall against doors.
